I need soem new AA and AAAs. Do we think that Eneloops still the obvious choice. ?

Eneloops are rediculously expensive, but I expect it depends on your needs. The last rehargeables I bought were Lidl's own and they do the job.

Haven't tried Lidl's, I'll keep my eyes open.

I did buy a plug in charger that came with two sets of 4 AAA and 4AA from Ikea though.
They're doing fine, and it's easy and fuss free.

Lidl Tronic, used to be branded Aerocell. Same battery, consistently win the Which challenges.

Ladda are the IKEA batteries and are also really good. Available on Amazon.

Dont overlook Energisers, they’re good too if you can find them cheaply.
