That's the washing machine back together, it only took 90 minutes in the end, it's previously taken me that long to replace the door seal when an under wire bra attacked it. Putting the seal on with it disassembled is effortless. Quick test with a rinse and spin and it hit 1,400 rpm without issue, I'm now working on a week's backlog of laundry.
Decided to go and buy a chicken for dinner, nope, it's 4pm and Waitrose will be shut (this bloody country I tell you). Change tack and do a toad in the hole. Nope, the sausages have been frozen. I stroll to Tesco and grab some and start cooking. Only one egg. Not walking to the shop again as I'm against the clock so I went down to the closer one in the car, nice and easy. First load of laundry almost finished now and dinner is coming along at just the right time, all I've eaten today is a bagel.
