Yes, but in reality:

A very annoying urban myth, being composed of such utter bollocks...
300 is very slow for a Tornado.
Doesn't jam radar.
Speed gun wouldn't show up as targeting radar.
Sidewinder is a heat-seeking air-to-air jobbie.
And finally, FFS, missiles would not be fired without the pilot hiring the button.
