I've been feeling like that all week. Indulged a little, why not, it is not something I do often.

Enjoy

It is such a rare thing for me to want something really sweet...I think the yumyums were the last time I indulged like that....but the Galaxy Ripple just hit the nail smack bang on the head, well, the taste buds :)
Feeling a little squick now, but that's just too much sweet. It was still very good :)

The days are really stretching out, it's still full daylight here tonight, maybe I'm just busier and more active ?

Needed some comfort, given the weather, so had a kind of central european lunch .... perogies, stuffed cabbage, smoked pork, sour cream

Chocolate milk and custard creams for afters ... then back to the office for tea.

I like stuffed cabbage rolls, but I use a mushroom or peppery rice filling in mine.
Jenny Jones showed me how :D

Chocolate has often been one of my migraine triggers since the age of 13. Last year I asked my GP to prescribe me a migraine preventer. I was given Amitriptyline. It reduced my migraines from a maximum of 9 per month to less than 1 per month. It was only recently that I thought to test chocolate again and no problems were experienced. Since then I have been kicking the arse out of it with a couple of bars every week.

Cheese was often another trigger so I have been at that too. Once I had a bit of a headache in the morning, so I am taking it easy now with the cheese.
