First time I've ever seen one in the garden It's scooping up spilled sunflower seeds then flying off in a blur.
Very pretty wee bird, and very uncommon up here apparently.

dont put any peanuts out. You'll never get rid of the wee bugger.

Okay, I'll be careful
I rarely feed the birds peanuts, but I do feed them sunflower seeds, another feeder of really good seed mix, fat blocks and wireworms.

This one hung about for hours
I've never seen them this far north before.
