Rubbing the haze off my crystal ball......it'll go to court, and in the fudge of the end, he'll sue, and win agin Scottish Police.....and Alastair Jack will spout and pontificate and yet still Scotland won't vote in a conservative govt.

Agreed, though apparently Scottish police were "assisted" by experts from other forces in finding something to charge him with. Wouldn't want to waste a good blue tent.
