My ISP told me back in December they had to upgrade my internet to full fibre. Date set for today! umpteen emails from them and umpteen texts from cityfibre (last one yesterday) confirming today is the day...

Cityfibre never showed up

I contact my isp and they say cityfibre told them there was a problem 4 ffffffkn days ago and they could not go ahead. ISP says BT are going to cut me off tonight and there's nothing they can do about it.

Annoyed is not the right word..
