Boker, a manufacturer who produce a good value knife and enjoy quirky designs like the Gnome amongst many others. I don’t think there’s another manufacturer who has made so many knives with the appeal of Boke.

Bit of a love it or hate it this one, but I have to say I think it’s very cool indeed. 😎

You are right that Boker have a range in which everyone will find one or two that suit their taste. There's an Urban Trapper that has my attention at the moment.

That one is a bit ridiculous, Rich, and totally compelling at the same time. Is that a hammer on the choil bit?

There's this too.

It can’t be a hammer surely. Whatever it is it’s so wrong it’s perfect. I mean, look at the end of the handle :D

The whole thing makes me hungry for salami.

Those Reate Boker colab front flippers are superb, I do like a front flipper.

That is possibly the most ugly piece of sharpened metal I’ve ever seen, including some right abortions that I’ve made myself! If your very quiet you’ll probably hear all the individual molecules within that pocket shovel all praying to the gods of steel to let them be bottle tops in their next incarnation so they’ll have served mankind in a more useful way at least once! :yikes::yikes::yikes::yikes::yikes:

Hmmm, I don't know.

It looks like a Tool, to me. Something at hand that gets dog's abuse just because it's strong enough, the right shape, the right edge kind of thing.
A bugger to clean though.

What was it intended to be used for ? It's almost like something a hedgerow basket maker would find handy.

Exactly that. It’s unbelievably crass, I can imagine the designer and Boker having such a laugh.
”Holes in the blade?”.
“Oh yes”.
“Hole in the finger guard?”.
“Lol! Yeah..”.
“Jimping?”
.”

I was not expecting the price on the ‘Urban Barlow’… what a great looking knife however.

Long time since B+ was launched as the budget modern take on Boker I suppose.

The more I come back to it, the more I think the handle on that URD is awful!! Looks such a bad shape.

It's kind of bat'leth like, and looks most uncomfortable.

It still think the blade looks like a tool. ....even if it too is rather bat'leth like.

What was the name of those cute little Boker+ things. Came out around 2008, I think. About credit card size and shape

It came to me. The one I was thinking of was the Subcom. I got within a gnat's of buying a Ti/VG10 one some years ago and then didn't follow up.

swiss tool by boker

I fixed a bus using one of the swiss card tools.

Though the Boker credit card sized knife is still available.

Seen these Spydernox things? I thought they were photoshop tricks, and maybe they are ... but apparently not.

An 84mm alox Cadet and a Dragonfly blade. The bottom one seems to have like a Buck lock on it. I think they are Etsy-type mods

I live in a country where knife crime is such an enormous social issue that any knife that looks at all aggressive is just a no go for me.
I know that knife's small but it's still too pterodactyl-y.
