I did a 12 week course at calderdale pain clinic. I tried to introduce them to that. Works well for me.

Our Dad used to drive a few towns over to go to the clubs, it's where my parents met. My sister asked him about it saying "did you have to go dancing sober then?" and he said yes. Years later we were discussing it and we suddenly thought, wait, was he just drinking driving? Well I did ask him about it one time and it seems that no, he actually was sober. He told me some other tales that gave me no reason to doubt that answer.

Times were different back then, he had a Chrysler 180 that he used to get my Mum to help bleed the clutch, apparently it needed doing so often she got quite good at it. It's only pressing a pedal but most people struggle with such simple instructions. I had Laura help me with the brakes on the three series once and it really brought a smile to my face.
